I purchased my latest Mitsubishi L200 from Melbury Motors. From the initial test drive through to purchase Angela took care of everything from MOT and Number plate transfer and all other admin work. Melbury will be my 1st choice when purchasing my next vehicle, even though it is nearly a 1 hour drive away.
From the off, very helpful and accommodating service from all at Melbury. Having ear marked 2 potential buys online, we travelled a distance with a toddler in tow, the reason for the purchase. After a great test drive where we were left to drive and view the car at our own pace, check it for car seats and boot space, decision was quick, paperwork was quick, few bits needing attention were all sorted, car collected a few days later – felt like a new car. Starting with my mother, 3 generations of my family have bought their cars here. I am about to buy my third car from them. As already said by others there is no push to buy and the after sales service is second to none.
The sales lady Angela was very helpful and had the vehicle ready for a test drive on our arrival. The purchase and part exchange was straight forward apart from a slight technical fault with the credit card reader which was soon sorted. We would recommend the garage for providing good service and product as described.

I found the Melbury Motor Co. quite laid back but at the same time very efficient and professional. Every question I asked about the vehicle I purchased was answered both before hand and at the vehicle inspection. There was at no time any high pressure sales talk and I was left to inspect the vehicle at my own leisure. When I had a question it was answered to my satisfaction. When the sales person I dealt with didn’t know the answer to a question, she immediately went off and got the answer. On the day of purchase everything was prepared on my arrival in advance and every step of the vehicle exchange and re-taxation was explained step by step. They took my old vehicle from me and explained every process of the online V5C exchange step by step. All of the vehicles functions and documentation were explained to me in great detail. I would thoroughly recommend this dealer to anyone.

What a refreshing change! After visiting a few different garages and being accosted by pushy salesmen and cars scruffy and not as advertised it was a real pleasure to buy a car from Melbury Motors. Angela couldn’t have been more helpful, sorting out the payment, tax and paperwork very quickly and efficiently. My VW Polo was immaculate and everything on the vehicle checked and even a new cambelt fitted when they didn’t have to. I can’t recommend Melbury Motors enough, I shall definitely return when I want to buy another car!
